       Place your order by phone  877-657-4400 or fax 706-602-8027 with our customer service department and True Hardwoods will help you purchase the amount that you will need. We sell only first quality product backed by the manufacturer's warranty unless, a tavern or cabin grade is requested. All return products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless waived by a manufacturer or shipping claim. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.       When purchasing a hardwood there are many things to consider such as, the changing of color over time, what type of finish the product has? How does this product fit my environment? These are just a few of the things that will help you to determine the right hardwood. Different manufacturers have different warranties that may or may not cover certain issues. Let True Hardwoods help you with your decision. We can help you decide what type of hardwood will be best for your type sub floor and climate. After receiveing your product, make sure you acclimate your hardwood for 3-5 days. This should always be followed to insure proper installation.
